The Pool House was built in a disused swimming pool at Ingmanthorpe Hall – A Listed Building in Green Belt land outside Wetherby.

Braithwaite & Jackman designed an extension to the house which exceeds the Planning guidance for additions to houses in the Green Belt. The site is also in the curtilage of the Listed Building. By careful design and through discussions with Planning Officers, Planning Approval was successfully obtained.
